If PeptiStar obtains the consent or approval from the subject of the personal information

Regarding any requests for disclosure, correction or discontinuance of utilization, etc. of personal information in the possession of PeptiStar (“Request for Disclosure”), for cases in which the Request of Disclosure meets legal requirements and PeptiStar can verify the identity of the requester to be the subject of the information or someone with designated power of attorney, PeptiStar will respond to the Request of Disclosure within a reasonable extent and period of time. However, there may be cases in which PeptiStar may not respond to requests for discontinuance of utilization or deletion of information PeptiStar possesses pursuant to applicable laws and regulations.
