PeptiStar Inc. announces that at the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, followed by Extraordinary Board Meeting held on 11th of June, 2019, Yutaka Kameyama, Ph.D., was appointed as new CEO & President and assumed his new position on the same date.
